Wes De Silvestro is the founder of Forgewell Holdings. He is the founder and CEO of ClimateNav, a company helping local governments and communities across the United States to secure funding to build resilient, public infrastructure.
He started Forgewell to acquire promising small businesses and operate them full-time in their next chapter. He partners with investors who are aligned in his long-term thinking and want to responsibly steward the legacies of these businesses for the next generation.
We buy small businesses earning between $500k and $5 million in profit per year where the owners are looking to fully retire or exit the business.
We see ourselves as entrepreneurs first and investors second. We're not a private equity fund, nor do we work on Wall Street. As a result, we have a simple and straightforward investment process focused on assessing if we're a good fit and closing a transaction quickly if so.
