About Wes
Wes De Silvestro is the founder and managing shareholder of Forgewell Holdings.
His first entrepreneurial experience was founding ClimateNav, a consulting and software company that helps local governments across the United States measure their environmental impact, leverage that data to win grant dollars, and build resilient infrastructure within their communities. He has worn all hats—from cold calling and negotiating legal contracts to training new hires himself.
Wes has also held leadership roles at two successful tech startups in the financial services and generative AI industries. Eventually though, he caught the entrepreneurial itch again and started Forgewell Holdings to focus on investing in and operating small businesses full-time.
Wes graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. degree in Government and currently resides in San Francisco. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him exploring the hiking trails of the Bay Area or in a meditative gym session.
